Tammie and her husband, Chris, have been BHMS parents since 2014. Their daughter, Monica, will graduate with the class of 2025. Tammie graduated from Boston College with a degree in English and Secondary Education, which she utilized to teach in Hong Kong for a number of years. When she moved back to the US, she took over the reins of a family foundation created to fund important work addressing inequities in education, housing, and healthcare in the NY/NJ region. She also tutors students in literacy and has a passion for education. She’s served as an active member of the PA as Treasurer and volunteers often at school functions, especially her two favorites: Community Service Day and the Montessori Munch! Tammie joined the board in 2020 and looks forward to her continued service.
